The launch of the Centre for Early Childhood marks a major landmark for the Duchess of Cambridge’s legacy work and a mark of her lifelong commitment to the issue, according to The Telegraph’s Associate Editor Camilla Tominey.
The initiative shows that Kate has truly found her voice, she adds.
“When she first came on the scene, she started out as ‘Royal plus one’ and as she’s sunk her teeth into this issue and realised this was something she was really engaged in and passionate about, she’s grown in confidence,” says Camilla Tominey.
