The Cancelled Chaplain: ‘Free speech for everybody, or you don’t have free speech for anybody’

GBNews published this video item, entitled “The Cancelled Chaplain: ‘Free speech for everybody, or you don’t have free speech for anybody'” – below is their description.

Earlier this week the Charity Commission were urged to investigate an independent school which reported its own chaplain, Revd Dr Bernard Randall, to the Prevent anti-terrorism programme after he disputed the school’s new LGBT policies.

The chaplain reportedly told pupils: ‘You should no more be told you have to accept LGBT ideology than be told you must be in favour of Brexit’.

The sermon was delivered in June 2019, after the school began working with the charity Educate and Celebrate, which provides LGBTI+ inclusion training for schools, offering to “embed gender, gender identity and sexual orientation into the fabric of your organisation”.
