  • RT published this video item, entitled “Tensions boil over at pro-Palestine protest in New York City” – below is their description.

A Pro-Palestine rally reached boiling point in New York City, after protesters clashed with police. One man was seen being led away from the scene with blood on his face. Demonstrations have taken place in major cities across the world, following an uptick in violence between Israel and Palestine in recent days.

The violence kicked off on Monday, after the Israel Defense Forces stormed a mosque compound in Jerusalem. Hamas then launched rocket fire towards Israel for the first time since 2014. Israel responded with airstrikes on Gaza, killing at least 35 people, according to the Palestinian health authorities.
