Tear-gassed detainees apply for compensation again | ABC News

After last month’s High Court ruling found in their favour, the young people tear-gassed in Darwin’s Don Dale youth detention centre have again applied for compensation.

The case returned to court today, where the former detainees’ lawyers said the young men each deserved a quarter of a million dollars.
