Tarmac altercation mars Obama’s G20 Summit arrival

An altercation between a Chinese official and a US White House press aide took place as US President Barack Obama arrived in Hangzhou for the G20 Summit.

“This is our country. This is our airport,” shouted the Chinese official.

US President Barack Obama addressed the altercation during a news conference saying America does not make apologies for pushing a little bit harder when it comes to press access.

Al Jazeera’s Adrian Brown reports from Hangzhou.
