Tanzania’s President John Magufuli has called for an investigation into operations at the country’s national laboratory. The request follows what he described as “questionable results,” where samples from an animal and fruit tested positive for the coronavirus. The president also revealed that his government was looking to acquire a COVID-19 medicine from its regional neighbor, Madagascar. The East African country had 480 COVID-19 cases and 16 deaths, the latest update said last week. #COVID-19
