Teams from Serbia, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are competing on the third day of the tank biathlon in Alabino, Moscow Region. Teams representing Qatar, South Ossetia, Abkhazia, and Tajikistan will participate in the second round of today’s program in their first appearance at the International Army Games 2021. This year, 20 countries are taking part in the tank biathlon competition.
Azerbaijan, the nation and former Soviet republic, is bounded by the Caspian Sea and Caucasus Mountains, which span Asia and Europe. Its capital, Baku, is famed for its medieval walled Inner City.

The range encompasses the Iskanderkulsky Nature Refuge, a notable bird habitat named for Iskanderkul, a turquoise lake formed by glaciers.
