In Homs, at least 15 people were killed by government air strikes. Rights groups and activists say incendiary devices were used for the first time in the area.
A Turkish soldier has been killed in Jarablus, the first casualty for Turkey since it sent troops to northern Syria last week.
On Sunday Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited Gaziantep, where 54 people mostly children were killed when a suicide bomber targeted a wedding last week. He told a rally that the army will ramp up support for the Free Syrian Army until ISIL and the YPG are defeated.
