Syrian rebels are surrendering one of their last remaining strongholds near the capital Damascus.
The Syrian government is transporting all remaining residents and rebels out of the town, after four years of siege warfare.
But the UN is voicing concern, and says the evacuation of civilians in the area should be voluntary.
