Bus drivers from depots located at Burwood, Leichhardt, Kingsgrove and Tempe are holding a 24-hour strike which has impacted services in Sydney’s Inner West today.
Another strike will be held tomorrow that will see bus drivers not drive buses in Sydney’s South-West.
Transport for NSW also says that train services across NSW will be impacted by a train strike that will see services operate at a reduced frequency. Today, some Sydney train services were cancelled because trains were unable to leave their depots.
Train and bus drivers are currently negotiating better pay and conditions with the NSW Government.

The following bus routes in the South Western suburbs between Parramatta, Liverpool and Bonnyrigg could be impacted on Tuesday 7 December: Route 800, 801, 802, 803, 804, 805, 806, 807, 808, 809, 812, 813, 814, 815, 816, 817, 818, 819, 820, 821, 822, 823, 824, 827, 835, 810X, 811X and S10, T80.
