Survivor challenges Philippines President’s drug war

A man who survived a police shooting in the Philippines, in which four of his friends were killed, is set to testify against officers who he claims are guilty of murder. It’s the first significant legal challenge to President Duterte’s drug war – which has seen more than 7,000 people killed in just 7 months. Sky’s South East Asia correspondent Tom Rayner reports from Quezon city.
