  1. Stella Creasy needs to read up a bit on the Taliban. Not only is every Taliban soldier a walking Koran with a Kalashnikov, but even the name Taliban means ‘students’ (i.e of Islam). Another point that seems not to have been mentioned at all on MSM. The Afghan National Army, was much larger than the Taliban, better equipped and trained to the best of the UK/USA’s ability to train it. Not only did it not stand and fight, it just gave up. Threw in the towel. What does this mean? Is it just unfortunate that the majority of those who joined the ANA were cowards? Or should we assume that they actually supported the Taliban all along and never intended resisting them? Surely this needs more debate than the absolute zero that it is currently receiving on MSM.
