‘Starship has landed’ | Elon Musk’s rocket touched down WITHOUT exploding

RT published this video item, entitled “‘Starship has landed’ | Elon Musk’s rocket touched down WITHOUT exploding” – below is their description.

The flagship rocket in SpaceX’s future fleet – ‘Starship’ – has just completed a successful high-altitude ascent and executed a clean landing.

Four previous prototypes of the reusable rocket experienced major issues during initial tests, but ‘Serial Number 15’ (SN15) passed with flying colors at the SpaceX research and development center in Texas.

The rocket itself is expected to have many applications, and NASA has already confirmed it wants to use ‘Starship’ to take astronauts to the Moon within the next 10 years.

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk thinks it can go even further – and take humans all the way to Mars.
