Springbrook residents have received letters from council advising wheelie bins will be introduced to 15,000 homes. Not all residents are happy, as many are being forced to pay for bins they don’t want.

“We’ve always had this really good waste transfer station on Springbrook that has worked well for all the residents.” – Resident Ceris Ash
