Spanish police sing to families during coronavirus lockdown in Mallorca

Spanish police pull up, pull out guitar, and sing in the street [VIDEO]

The Guardian in the UK shared this video which has been very popular on social media, showing Spanish police in Mallorca showing up in their car, pulling out a guitar, and singing to people in their homes:

Police in Mallorca were seen playing guitar and singing to entertain families as they remain in a nationwide lockdown to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The Spanish island will remain on lockdown after the government sought to extend the restrictions on movement until 11 April.

One resident of the town of Algaida, Heidi Friedenberger, filmed the officers emerging from their car, singing a song and then leaving again, as neighbours watched on.

What do you think? Is this the best way to safely entertain people and keep public spirit during this difficult time? Leave a moderated public comment, below.
