Spain is set to put all arrivals in a 14-day quarantine from this Friday, as the country gradually emerges from a lengthy lockdown over the coronavirus. An official order said those quarantined would only be allowed out in certain circumstances. Prior to this, arriving travelers only had to abide by general restrictions, which kept all people largely confined to their homes. The order will be in place until at least May 24, when the country’s state of emergency is due to expire.
