A South Korean court has sentenced the leader of an online sexual blackmail ring to 40 years in prison. The court found 25-year-old Cho Ju-bin guilty of running online chat rooms on the encrypted messaging app Telegram, where at least 10,000 users paid up to US$1,200 to see sexual content featuring young girls.
