South Korea election: Moon Jae-in wins presidency
Moon Jae-in has claimed victory in South Korea’s presidential election.
The liberal candidate on Tuesday addressed his supporters in the capital Seoul after his rivals conceded.
He replaces impeached President Park Geun-Hye, who was accused of corruption.
There was a huge turnout for the vote, which has put an end to a decade of conservative rule.
