Contact tracers are scrambling to prevent a potential COVID outbreak in SA after revelations two infected removalists visited a Murraylands service station.

The Shell at Tailem Bend has been named a high-risk exposure site along with a cafe.

Dozens of customers and staff have been ordered into quarantine with one worker already showing symptoms.

Locals are now flocking to the nearest testing stations.
