Former President #EvoMorales has announced his intention to return to #Bolivia after his socialist ally Luis Arce secured a decisive victory in the country’s presidential election.
Speaking during a press conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina on Monday, Morales said he would be glad to return to his home country.
“Sooner or later we are going to return to Bolivia, that is not in debate,” Morales said, without giving any timeframe for his potential return.

The country’s population, estimated at 11 million, is multiethnic, including Amerindians, Mestizos, Europeans, Asians and Africans. Spanish is the official and predominant language, although 36 indigenous languages also have official status, of which the most commonly spoken are Guarani, Aymara and Quechua languages.
