Small business was ‘completely ignored’ by the Victorian budget

Sky News Australia published this video item, entitled “Small business was ‘completely ignored’ by the Victorian budget” – below is their description.

Sky News host Paul Murray says small business was “completely ignored” by the Victorian budget today as it appears Daniel Andrews thinks he can “constantly be bowled out by the Chinese”. “The state spending is wild,” Mr Murray said. “In Victoria, where never forget, the Victorian government were the ones who made the decisions that led to a hotel quarantine fiasco. “Well today, we’re starting to get the bill. The bill is massive. “If the federal government was firing a cash canon when they had their budget a little earlier in the year, and entire battalion of canons was going off today in Melbourne,” Mr Murray said “There was one sector that was completely ignored by the budget today, the sector that would employ people. “Small business was essentially lacking. “It is being noticed there is not enough stimulus to help small business get back to work and to start reemploying people to grow the Victorian economy. “Someone in Spring street thinks they can constantly be bowled out by the Chinese because the only other way is to grow the economy, you can’t do that by the public service because they don’t generate a single dollar of revenue.”
