Malaysian man Nagaenthran Dharmalingam has won a momentary stay of execution as his lawyers launch a last-minute bid to have him spared from the death penalty for attempting to smuggle 43 grams of heroin into the country.
Journalist and anti-death penalty advocate Kirsten Han says lawyers are arguing it would be unconstitutional to execute him on the grounds of his intellectual disability.
