Two years since ISIL was defeated in Syria, thousands of foreign fighters and their families remain stuck in camps.
They include women and children from Europe who followed their husbands to Syria.
Belgium has repatriated six women and their 10 children.
But some other European governments have been reluctant to do the same.
The UK, for instance, has removed citizenship for those linked to ISIL.
So should they be allowed to return?
