Responding to earlier comments made by Federal Finance Minister Mathias Cormann that Saturday’s protests were “selfish”, “self-indulgent”, “reckless” and “unacceptable”, Shadow deputy leader Richard Marles has told ABC’s Insiders he doesn’t feel comfortable judging Indigenous groups who held mass gatherings across the country.
