Services brace for spike in homelessness due to coronavirus unemployment

The coronavirus crisis is affecting every sector of society, including the homeless.
As more and more people fall into hardship, the state government has pledged 34 million dollars to prevent homelessness and 10 million dollars to support charities through the crisis.
But frontline services are bracing themselves for a surge in the number of people sleeping rough because of unemployment.
