How fast are sea levels rising? Scientists hope a new Earth observation satellite will help answer that question. The Sentinel-6 will launch later on Saturday – as part of a joint project between NASA and the European Space Agency. The project could give coastal communities more precise weather forecasts before storms make landfall. Al Jazeera’s Rob Reynolds reports. –
