Security or paranoia? US & EU to discuss extension of laptop flight ban

US and European officials are discussing the possible extension of an American ban on airline passengers carrying laptops as hand-luggage. It could lead to 65 million passengers a year who travel from EU nations to the US (over 400 flights a day) being banned from taking into the cabin their personal tablets and laptops.
