There’s a new Public Health Order in New South Wales.

Anyone who leaves the Fairfield area for essential work, must be tested for COVID-19 every three days, even if they don’t have symptoms.

It comes as Sydney’s COVID cluster saw 89 new cases overnight. It’s a fall on yesterday’s 112 cases.

But sadly, an Eastern Suburbs man aged in his 70s has died. 21 of the new cases were infectious in the community. And more than three quarters of infections were close family contacts.
