The second batch of Chinese aid supplies arrived in Tonga at around 6 p.m. local time on January 27. The supplies, which arrived at a port in Nuku’alofa, Tonga’s capital, are reported to be worth 1 million yuan and include water, food, electricity generators, water pumps and PPE. The first batch of aid from China arrived last Wednesday. Tomorrow, a third batch is scheduled in the capital city by air.
