South China Morning Post published this video item, entitled “Schoolchildren flee as Myanmar fighter jet flies above Thai border town” – below is their description.

Myanmar’s junta has apologised after one of its fighter jets entered Thai airspace and flew above border towns on July 1, 2022, sending local residents and schoolchildren running for cover. The jet was seen above Thailand’s Tak province, as loud explosions were heard from villages on the Myanmar side of the border. Myanmar’s military government has been waging a brutal war against ethnic militias fighting in the country’s northern states.
