Full relations would resume between Qatar and the four nations that had imposed a blockade on Doha, Saudi Arabia’s foreign minister said on Tuesday.

Leaders from across the Gulf region have signed a declaration calling for solidarity and stability, at a summit held to resolve the dispute that lasted three-and-a-half years.

Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain cut diplomatic and trade ties and put in place a land, sea and air blockade on Qatar in June 2017.
