This week footage of an incident in a Bunnings hardware store went viral after an unmasked customer, dubbed ‘Bunnings Karen’, clashed with staff members. As these sorts of encounters become more common, satirist Mark Humphries and Evan Williams have conceived a new TV series to document the confrontations.
