In Sanya, a second make-shift hospital is ready to be used on Thursday. It took the construction team only five days to finish the project. The resort city is the hardest hit by China’s latest COVID-19 outbreak. Each day hundreds of thousands of PCR tests are being conducted, creating tons of medical waste, but cleaning teams are managing the mess.
