Former NRL football star Sam Burgess has been instructed to immediately stop driving by the NSW Roads Minister after it was revealed in court that he had used his international driver’s licence for 30 driving offences in Australia.

“I’d ask him to do the right thing and not drive” – Roads Minister Andrew Constance MP.

“I’d prefer it if Sam Burgess actually did the right thing to be honest. This record is unacceptable. He could have killed someone.”
