Human rights groups say the Rwandan government is increasingly going after citizens who criticise the state on YouTube.
While officials have kept a tight rein on traditional media in the past, the growing popularity of social media has meant newer platforms are now coming under scrutiny. Rights groups say YouTube posters who continue to speak up are now being threatened and tortured.
