Steel magnate Alexey Mordashov – who according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index is the country’s richest man – appears on Ian King Live, responding to U.S. vice-president Joe Biden’s claims that Russia is the biggest threat to the international liberal order and that Washington needs to work with Europe to stand up to Vladimir Putin.
