Russians react to government’s shock resignation

Following the shock resignation of the Russian government in the wake of Putin’s call for reforms to reshape the political system, Putin is recommending that the current Prime Minister be replaced by the head of a tax office, Mikhail Mishustin. Alison Sargent has the latest.
