Russia has announced its Sputnik COVID-19 Vaccine shows a 95-percent efficacy according to new preliminary data. But the country has also reported another day of record COVID-19 deaths, nearly 500 in the last 24 hours. The combination of usual winter viruses and COVID-19 is making the situation even more complicated.
