Protesters are rallying again in southeast Russia, in support of a popular regional governor who has been arrested for murder.
They say the charges are political, because Sergey Furgal won his seat in Khabarovsk from the governing United Russia party in 2018.

Murder is the unlawful killing of another human without justification or valid excuse, especially the unlawful killing of another human with malice aforethought. This state of mind may, depending upon the jurisdiction, distinguish murder from other forms of unlawful homicide, such as manslaughter.

As a recognised nuclear-weapon state, the country possesses the world’s largest stockpile of nuclear weapons.
