    Russian President Vladimir Putin gave a speech to the business community at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum on Friday. In his address, delivered in person, Putin criticized the politicization of the COVID-19 pandemic, saying some countries are refusing to buy certain coronavirus vaccines for political reasons. He also said foreign citizens who want to get vaccinated in Russia were welcome to do so.
