World tensions are rising.. following Vladimir Putin’s nuclear threat. It came as the Russian President announced he would deploy an extra 300,000 troops, to try to reverse major setbacks in his war on Ukraine. But he’s facing more trouble at home, with police arresting more than 1300 protestors across 38 Russian cities. World Leaders have condemned Putin’s threats while Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs has described the new threat as an irresponsible escalation.
