    Boris Johnson has described confirmation that the chemical nerve agent Novichok was used against the Russian politician, Alexei Navalny as ‘outrageous’. The Prime Minister demanded an explanation from Moscow, saying the UK would work with its international partners ‘to ensure justice is done’. German officials said they’d found ‘unequivocal proof’ of Novichok poisoning after tests at a military laboratory, though Mr Navalny’s doctors say his condition is improving.
