Another wave of Russian attacks has hit Ukraine’s capital.

Kyiv’s military administration says it has shot down 15 drones on Monday morning.

Russia’s drone attack caused “fairly serious” damage in Kyiv and three areas were left without power supply, Governor Oleksiy Kuleba said.

Al Jazeera’s Charles Stratford reports from Kyiv, Ukraine.
