Ukraine’s President has made a video address to the G7 leaders’ summit in Germany, calling on them to do more to end Russia’s invasion. His appeal came just hours before Russia launched another devastating attack, on a shopping mall in Kremenchuk with more than 1000 people inside.

Overlooking the Dnieper River is the Kiev Pechersk Lavra monastery complex, a Christian pilgrimage site housing Scythian tomb relics and catacombs containing mummified Orthodox monks.
