The Polish foreign minister has warned that the risk of war in the OSCE region is greater than any time in the last 30 years.

The OSCE meetings in Vienna are the latest round of negotiations this week to try and de-escalate tensions between Kyiv and the Kremlin.

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s spokesperson has called the talks “unsuccessful”.
