FRANCE 24 English published this video item, entitled “Russia says Belarus taking ‘reasonable’ approach after plane diversion to Minsk” – below is their description.

While the forced landing of a Ryanair plane in Belarus is sparked anger among EU leaders, Russia said Minsk took a “reasonable” approach. That plane was travelling from Athens, Greece to Vilnius, Lithuania when Belarusian authorities flagged what turned out to be a false bomb alert, forcing the plane to land in Minsk. Once on the ground, authorities arrested opposition activist Roman Protasevich, who was among the passengers.
