Russia meddled in Scottish vote, unclear on Brexit: UK parliament

The delayed release of an intelligence report on Russia has been announced in the United Kingdom.
It says Moscow is attempting to interfere in UK politics, and there is evidence the Kremlin has tried to meddle in elections, but the UK was slow to recognise the threat.
It also says there is credible information that Russia attempted to influence the 2014 Scottish independence referendum, but it is hard to prove interference in the 2016 Brexit referendum.
The report warns Russia’s cyber capability is a matter of “grave concern” that poses an immediate threat to Britain’s national security.
