Russia and India signed dozens of trade and arms deals during a visit by Russian President Vladimir Putin, who met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Monday. They discussed various areas including trade, energy and defense, with the two countries pledging to boost annual trade to $30 billion by 2025.
