More than 100 firefighters are gaining control of a monster blaze that broke out at an automotive factory in Prestons. The AstraZeneca vaccine is “safe and effective”, according to Europe’s medicines regulator, meaning the rollout can start getting back on track in dozens of countries which hit pause.
