A commission of inquiry in Nigeria has called for the immediate investigation and prosecution of army personnel involved in the killing of at least 349 Shia Muslims in December last year.
According to a newly-released report, soliders carried out a three-day raid on the headquarters, home and a school of a prominent Shia leader.
